During Covid-19 these sessions will be held remotely via Zoom. The groups range in size from 4-8 people. This format fosters a community-building experience with an emphasis on collaboration. Over a 6-week period, 6 sessions are held. Sessions are 2 hours long. The course ends with a story circle for participants to share their Parallel Narratives. Email for current dates.

The Remote Sessions are held via Zoom.  We meet 3 times over the course of a month at a time that fits your schedule. The sessions are 1 hour-long private video calls. This format offers a home-based approach to practice communication, personal growth, and self-direction. On your own time, over the course of the month you will create a Parallel Narratives to share in the final session. Schedule here. 

The Audio Reading sessions are held via Zoom. We meet 3 times over the course of a month at a time that fits your schedule. The initial session is 1 hour long, followed by a 1/2 hour check-in session, and the course ends with a 1/2 hour reflection. This format is geared toward healing and reflection. The process culminates with the gift of a Parallel Narratives audio piece. Schedule here.
